Matrix III 2019
When I knew that the famous English sculptor Antony Gormley was going to exhibit his work at the Royal Academy of Arts in London I immediately bought my ticket online and also booked the time when I wanted to explore his crazy works that so majestic.
He is best known for creating the sculpture Angel of the North which is located in North East England at Gateshead.
Quand j'ai su que le célèbre sculpteur anglais Antony Gormley allait exposer ses oeuvres à la Royal Academy of Arts à Londres, j'ai de suite acheté mon billet en ligne et réservé aussi l'heure à laquelle je voulais explorer ses oeuvres aussi folles que majestueuses.
Il est surtout connu pour avoir crée la sculpture "Angel of the North" qui est situé dans le Nord-Est de l'Angleterre, à Gateshead.
This exhibition allows you to see and review some of his works where he used materials such as steel, iron, lead beaten by hand with sea water. What he really wants to transmit to us, to us visitors is to become aware of his body. I discovered the body of the sculptor in all its splendor. And he says that the body is like "a feeling ship that also has emotions, a memory and imagination".
I loved this exhibition where I had fun discovering an art so different but at the same time captivated by these grandiose creations. It is undoubtedly its most exposed for 10 years.

Cette exposition permet de voir et de revoir certaines de ses oeuvres où il a utilisé des matériaux tels que l'acier, le fer, du plomb battu à la main avec de l'eau de mer. Ce qu'il souhaite vraiment nous transmettre, à nous les visiteurs c'est de prendre conscience de son corps. J'ai découvert le corps du sculpteur dans toute sa splendeur. Et il dit que le corps est comme "un navire de sentiment qui possède aussi des émotions, une mémoire et de l'imagination".
J'ai adoré cette exposition où je me suis amusée à découvrir un art si différent mais en même temps subjuguée par ces creations grandioses. C'est sans doute sa plus exposition depuis 10 ans.
